Automation of their blending process for caustic soda based products used in the dairy industry for cleaning of processing equipment. Mixing stand is taking a 2” caustic line, 1” premix and 1” water line and combining these liquids through automated flow control valves and a static mixing tube.
Site tie ins to existing tanks/supply pipework and a new delivery point within the existing road transport filling stand are also included in the mechanical works.
