Supply and installation of a new foam storage and making facility shelter (the Response Shelter), foam solution reticulation pipework (including above and underground sections) between foam making facility and Tanks 2, 17 and 18. Installation of foam pourers and foam risers at Tanks 2, 17, and 18. Manufacture and installation of all new required walkways, access structures and handrails as required to provide safe egress over the newly installed pipework.
